Everybody from the front desk to the person checking my vitals to Melinda carr and the checkout were absolutely amazing. I worry a lot but having them helps keep that under control. I know if there was something to truly worry about they would not only tell me but also tell me how to correct it. I trust the staff 100% and am very grateful for them.

I had never used my chart before and had tried to enter all my information prior to my visit however none or very little of the information was saved supposedly because I was a new client this was a total waste of both my time and the nurses time since she had to enter the information I had entered and I had to take time to enter it on paper in the office that I had previously taken time to enter at home. I am still trying to learn the system and enter some of my previous medical doctors to the system so they can forward my records

The provider was very informative of what I had going on and was genuinely concerned. I trust her with my health.

Dr. Carr listened to me and I felt heard. She changed my blood pressure medication and that is what I have been trying to do at my previous providers office for over a year!

I love Dr Carr she's the best doctor I ever had I only wish she could've been my whole family doctor and I'm going to recommend her to all in need of not only a doctor but someone who she cares and caring makes a difference in your health and treatment. Props to "Melinda Carr"

Dr. Melinda Carr is an amazing doctor. She is very understanding and caring! Her personality and attitude is always positive and reassuring!
