I feel I am over charged as a self pay. The allowable amount for those with insurance is less. And why do I pay on site only to be harrassed with messages of increased charges? That is ridiculous. But then Prisma is a for profit national corporation right?

Dr. Reese and her staff provide excellent care every time I see them. They listen to me and take time to talk to me and recommend the best treatments for any problems that I may have.

Dr Cindy Reese is a wonderful doctor. She truly cares about her patients health.

My visit to Dr. Reese's office was very good. I had her over 50 years, so she's very good, but I think soon she's going to retire, and I don't know what I'm going to do to find another doctor as good as she is. So I'm just saying everybody needs some time to themselves, but everything checked out real good. I'm just sorry that she's going to retire.

My provider is concern about my overall health and always find time to discuss my health issues with me.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They call me by name when I enter the office. When I go in the back, I'm greeted with a smile, and I'm asked questions by someone who displays genuine interest in what I have to say. All of them perform hand hygiene, even the doctor -Dr Reese. You never feel rushed. You're made to feel at ease. You are allowed to ask questions, and your questions are definitely answered! You are given information and allowed to make informed decisions regarding your health care. I would not go anywhere else, and I will certainly encourage others to join this practice for their healthcare needs.

I hope Dr Reese never retires! She and her staff are excellent. My only complaint was that one of the waiting patients carried on a full fledged conversation on her cell phone in the waiting room. I got up and moved to the far corner of the waiting room, but she was still annoying. One of the receptionists in that office should enforce a no cell phone policy when waiting

I was called back promptly upon arrival for my appointment. My nurse greeted me like she knew who I was and treated me nicely. She did a thorough examination on me. The doctor came in and talked to me about a my health in a way that I could understand it. Very helpful. Overall a supertaboulious visit. 10/10 would visit again!!!

When you leave a message for the doctor's nurse to call you they get back to you in a timely matter. The only doctor's office that I know that expedites their return calls .
