Honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I am rubbish with anything remotely IT and after trying to set up my own website, I gave up. I went on line and found Healhhosts. I looked at reviews and their portfolio work which is focussed on complimentary therapies and was impressed. It basically went from there. The service, time and trouble they have offered me has gone above and beyond. So I give them a 5 star rating. Particularly grateful to Sue for staying with me and Nels for her patience with multiple change requests. Just need to figure how to make changes myself, but have received videos etc. Just gone LIVE. Support is still there if I need it. It has been a collaborative project. Thanks everyone x

I always find Health Hosts a very good website maker and maintainer, as things are always being updated on the technical side, and if you as a website user/owner wish for some updates on your pages, they will help out and do what you need. If you wish to do some of the changes yourself, they will give you advice and help on doing it. Very good website host for therapists and spiritual artists like myself!

I’ve been with health hosts since 2010 for website hosting. Two years ago I rebranded my yoga & coaching business and upgraded to an advanced platform to manage all my bookings and services and create a membership. The team have been super helpful in creating a very professional design, with a beautiful logo, and a lovely members area, to brief. Included in the monthly hosting/service charges I receive 60 mins of tech support which is vital when you work alone and need practical help with one or two of the functions. Although mostly the websites are easy to manage, it’s good to have someone at the other end to call on for help and the team are really speedy at responding when I need help urgently.

I would honestly be lost without Health Hosts. I am a therapist not a ‘techie’ lol however this is not a problem as they are extremely friendly, approachable , patient, efficient and the response time is second to none! I have been with health hosts since 2008 and recently updated my website, they are a dream to work with and they truly helped me to better the vision that I wanted in the upgrade. There are also so many video tutorials so you can easily grasp the basics of editing yourself! Also the monthly fees are very reasonable as so are the upgrades! I had an old website with Healthhosts about 20 years ago and it served me really well. Then a friend decided to make me a website as a present. It was really nice and then she handed it over to me! I am not at all technically minded and so all these constant updates and emails that bombarded me was very confusing. It dawned on me that of course Healthhosts was the perfect answer! I contacted them and asked them to make me a new website. They have been fantastic every step of the way. All my questions and lack of computer experience was answered in a prompt and friendly manner. They created the website in about a week which was very impressive. I know that when I’m ready to create an online course, or send out a newsletter that they are there to help me do it and provide the platform, the know-how and the support. The main thing is I don’t feel overwhelmed. That is so important.! Not only have I a brand-new beautiful website but I feel relieved and safe knowing that I don’t have to deal with all the upkeep that comes with maintaining a website. If you are thinking of updating or creating a new website, then look no further🔎Mike and his team at HealthHosts have been incredibleHaving seen their advert in a glossy Therapy magazine for years, I had always wondered “wouldn’t it be lovely to have a professional company create my website, but I doubt if I can afford it.” However, during Covid I took the plunge and believe me it WAS AFFORDABLE for me, a small, therapy business. I only wish I’d done this 15 years ago having used monkeys/sharks/friends husbands/university students studying web IT etc and paid them too only because I didn’t think I could afford a professional company to do it for me ! With HealthHosts there was a fantastic selection of templates to choose from (with links to the client website), and within the template design you could even change the colours to fit with your company logo… It was a simple and easy to follow the process of uploading information photographs and descriptions to their online platform -and believe me, I am not ‘Techy’ and even I could do it and I’m a Therapist!!!!I can gain secure access to the “backend”(I think that’s what it’s called) of my website and update small changes or even add a blog! And sometimes when I mess it all up, I email Mike to come to the rescue,- and as I pay a small monthly subscription for Mike’s Team to do updates and changes within a couple of hours (actually probably less than an hour) they’ve corrected and made the necessary changes. Please please dear reader, if you are reading my feedback with a view to creating or updating your website, then look no further. HealthHosts are EXCELLENT … from the first point of contact they’ve held my hand the whole way and I have never looked back. I now have a very professional looking website, with lots of pages, an online booking system and payment platform. 10/10 and 5⭐️ for sure!

The designer continued the theme using images on the payments section which was impressive. I like the option of getting help to add things to the completed website if required or having clear guidance with images of how to update content by myself when required.
