The last few weeks, my @earthlink webmail session won't retrieve mail except for a browser refresh. In last 2 days, my webmail session abruptly terminates, erases draft & forces a re-login. *Nothing* has changed in my config. Guys, if webmail can't do mail, it's worth $0.

@EarthLink This company is awful! Don't do it. They are actually AT&T related somehow as when you call and their installers are all AT&T. Very shady!

@EarthLink Since you issued a new update on the Earthlink WebMail software late yesterday I have not been able to respond to emails or to compose & send new ones w/ Firefox. The "Timer Dial" just sits & spins. Alerted your customer support to this issue last night. No response

@KevinCullen67 @EarthLink Any work lost is too much. Sigh. Anyway... Yes, back to hoops in a local Y league. Also joined a vball league. It's slow going returning to pre-pandemic form. And biz travel resumes this week - good news is I eat a lot less on the road, bad news is it's often unhealthier!

@sandibachom @EarthLink The better you question is why are you still on earthlink and how is it you were hacked? I have 1 client that is still on earthlink. Most have migrated to Google or Microsoft. You can DM me if you want help.

@DataDrivenMD @EarthLink it was started by a 21 year old guy named Sky 25 years ago, they were one of the first email servers. But they sold it and it sucks beyond words. I was badly hacked and now I can't even sign in the agent saw to that. They read from a script so polite then she deleted me

Dear @EarthLink I've been a customer for 25 years, one of your first. My email was hacked and your tech help very polite reading a script locked me out of my account, they say I don't exist now and there is an hour wait. I will delete this when you DM me. Until then. YOU SUCK
