  2. Hi, I love so many of your recipes. I am a sugar addict but since going off sugar and following THM I have lost close to 50 pounds so a lot of your recipe’s have saved me from giving in to regular sugar. I do have a question though, I love Christmas fruit cake and the recipe I always used to make is a white coconut fruit cake. So I am curious if you have a recipe for fruit cake or could I try making a loaf, like banana loaf made with almond or coconut flour and make it more dense with coconut maybe adding a lot of nuts and maybe craisins or raisins? I know glazed cherries I couldn’t use. Have you tried anything like that? Thanks. Betty
